This is my favourite building in Bermuda, the Bacardi Headquarters.

 

Notice the perfectly manicured lawn. It looks as though a James Bond Baddie might live here... “No Mister Bond, I expect you to putt.” (all the true JamBos out there will understand that reference).

 

However, I think even Spectre might say that a black bat logo is a little too sinister.
